I had a very dim view of stoners for a long time after one of my close middle school friends started smoking and totally drifted away into a different clique. Later in high school he was a real dick to me whenever we crossed paths. In retrospect that was probably just the influence of the douchebag kids he hung out with, and weed was just an activity they had in common.
