SKYRIM!

FML I spent about 3 hours last night trying to figure out how to bypass some pretty severe main quest bugs that prevent quest from advancing.

I hope Skyrim is just like Oblivion when it comes to all the commands you can use in the console.

I think i remember using commands for setting quest states and killing/reviving/resetting/finding npcs.

haven't encountered any really serious bugs so far on xbox 360.

there's been a few annoying or strange ones, like a cow dying by dropping from the sky on the ground for no reason, and a band of hired thugs following me around that are supposed to try to kill me but just come standing next to me  but nothing severe.

I've seen a mammoth falling from the sky as well

No major bug either though. Just the annoying compagnon sometimes decides to stop following me even if I order her to do so. I usually save it by shouting the word that expulses violently and hitting her

lvl 20 so far, no hardcore levelling, just playing withouth thinking and letting the system buildup characteristics. So far I'm more a one handed / heavy armor / battlemage who is not too bad at sneaking in the dark either.

I was just a little disappointed by the main quest, I found it too easy and not that deep. I remember the Morrowing quest being longer and more interesting. I second that dragon are too easy to beat. I've never had any problem with them even in the beginning. Without a companion it would be harder though, cause I usually use her as a diversion or distraction.

I really enjoy the game overall. I like the immersion.

Yeah this is how I ended up getting past the glitches...took me forever to hunt down the correct commands, though. One of the glitches is during a cinematic sequence where it just gets stuck in an infinite loop and nothing ever happens. The other was where activating a sidequest prevents you from being able to talk to someone who is needed to complete the mainquest.

Assign the spell to your Favorites, pull up the Favorites menu, highlight the spell, then press whatever number key you want to assign it to.
Haha oh man. Thanks! I feel pretty stupid right now
Do not want.

I'm perfectly capable of playing a game with a male character without wanting to fuck it.

I play both male and female characters, for example in Mass Effect I have 3 male and 3 female Shepards. It IS cooler to look at a good looking female character's ass, though.. especially if the game includes walking a lot. If it's a male character I just look a lot less at the character.. somehow I find a lot more hidden items when playing males. Wonder why... ;) The animation for the women and their ass shaking walk probably took them two weeks compared to how weird the guys walk in Skyrim haha

I had the same issue with the cinematic, restarting fixed it. I had a major bug in starting the Thieves Guild quests, but there's a console command to move the quest along to the next stage, I can't remember it now but googling will help.

If anyone's done the Black Briar Frost quest, the guy you hand him off to is now buried waist-deep in front if Whiterun Stables in my game right now.  This is one buggy mofo of a game.

I'm so glad they put a little of Morrowind's stylings back into the game, like the Dwemer ruins. I missed those in Oblivion.

Big update supposedly coming after Thanksgiving. It can't get here soon enough.

The quests need more details. I'm having trouble trying to figure out which of the 1000 quests I have is the Companions quest so that I can go finish it.

Year! I just completed the last main quest! Kinda disappointing ending...
I have now clue what to do now, since I only followed the storyline without doing sidequests.
(Because of that I am only level 17, yet :D)
Could you recommend me some cool things I could do now?
