Some Bands that you would recommend

Has anyone here heard Big Wreck? They are such a great band and virtually unknown here in the states. The singer/guitar player is a brilliant songwriter and a amazing slide player. Great stuff.

I vote for a good classical collection like the one I have for a class I took in college. If I don't feel like listening to my prog/neoclassical metal I often go back to the sources!

Since I joined the board, I have started listening to Dream Theater (DAMN! Have I missed out!), Ayreon, Threshold and even Brian Setzer

...and probably Evergrey as well.. The first song I heard was very nice..

yes indeed erpland is their most 'mysterious' disc but like someone here already said, you can't go wrong with any of them. A Gift of Wings is sooo beautiful btw!!
