First we have Mr Liaho with a krank.
Seems like a sm57 or something and a sm7, most likely on a v30. I don't think you can get Mesa recto cabs loaded with anything else. If it is a sm7, I've heard they sound like ass on a guitar speaker but it sounds surprisingly good on the recording.

We also have Mikko Salovaara from Kiuas. Not sure what mic set up he's got going on here.
And Zachary Hietala from Tarot. Looks like two 57's pointed at the cone.

The guitar has a Floyd Rose Original Tremolo, DiMartzio X2N bridge pickup and a P.A.F. neck pickup. His Marshall JMP800 head has been heavily modified and his cabinet is a JCM800 1960. His effects are BOSS. "
