songs that send a shiver down your spine

archetype by fear factory

of ancient wounds and conqueror by kiuas

Archetype is actually one of the few Fear Factory songs that I like.

And for Kiuas, all I have to say is fuckin' A. :headbang: So many of their songs give me chills. And the North Star Cried is definitely one of the most heartbreaking songs.

"As the Glorious Weep" and "To Reign Again" are better than those two songs.

Alas, the right to be subjective is trodden upon

To Reign Again, maybe. I still can't get into Epic, although I'm now loving Shadows And Dust. I posted those because I was listening to the album atm.

I would have never thought you'd like Kataklysm. ITAOD is a great album.
Hails to you! Almost none of the regulars on here like them.

i havent heard Kataklysm yet. what are they like?
Kickass stuff. I think you'll like it. Rawer and more aggressive than the gothenburg stuff, for sure, but damn good.

New album coming out, so lots of stuff from that. I haven't heard that stuff, but it's sounding good. But some tunes on there to check out are Angels Weeping (The Dark) and In Shadows And Dust.

They're an amazing live band, btw. Really really tight and all the riffs come through great. Also, they do a really good job picking setlists.

They played the New England Metalfest last year and played like 3 songs, and it was a pretty good stint. But I'd love to see these guys headline or direct support.

They were good direct supporting Shadows Fall the other month or so. Arsis raped them ofc, but wasn't as boring as they are on CD
