As far as Blood Farmers, I dug it musically but the vocals didnt do much for me. Gotta give the whole album a spin before I give a solid opinion though.
Ha, no worries. I will be looking out for it for sure.
Will also be watching Sleep on Sunday at MDF. Soooo excited. My tickets came in this week.
Those Blood Farmer clips were awesome. MA says they are back together. I sure hope so.
Did we include you in the headcount in this years MDF thread? Or do you have your accommodations n shit all taken care of?

Yeah I like Aion of Drakon. I will say they set themselves apart from the wiz by having a fairly evil sound.

seeing Orange Goblin this saturday. Clutch are headlining but i don't really care about them. not so much into stoner stuff these days but Orange Goblin kicked ass last time i saw them and they're one of the few stoner bands i can still jam.

So since this is the only real rock thread we have here, I'm gonna post these here. (and the fans seem to go hand in hand)
I'm fucking pumped for all the retro-rock/ and occult rock/metal coming out very soon.

I fucking love Alia and this will probably be my album of the year if for her voice alone.
Kadavar - Abra Kadavar
Kafka talked me into giving these guys a second chance. Didnt realize I already had their first album on cd.
Uncle Acid & The Deadbeats - Mind Control
Orchid - The Mouths of Madness
The Devil's Blood - Tabula Rasa or Death and the Seven Pillars
This album wasnt even supposedly finished when the band broke up but from the above song, it sounds like it was done. A shame they're done, really.

^ All of those bands are awesome listening to the new UAntD track now. Need that new Uncle Acids I need to check out Kadaver and Orchid will do so now. If you haven't already listened to them Jess and the Ancient Ones and Witch Mountain are pretty awesome and sorta on the same lines they are both female fronted.
