OK.This guy`s name is Mitar Miric and he is basically a some kind of a folk singer(well he used to be before turbo folk came along,dont ask its tooooo complicated for the people from Eu and west generally to get it,to hell with it I dont get it either )but this song blew me away.Lyrics are are not written for a folk song definitely.Its title could be translated as"Building towers with the devil"
I`m thinking in doing a cover of this one hahahahaha.My Dying Bride would kill for the lyrics like this.When i get sober I`ll translate this one for you.(haven't been drinking beer for a month because I was taking some pills,and now I`m making up for the lost time)

Criminally underrated band.
Only prog band that I've heard that has managed to blend different soft/hard elements with out it seeming clumsy or forced, and still remain something genuinely extreme in its own right.
