Studio design help

I am looking at buying a house. I plan to convert the garage into a studio. Measurements are 6 meters by 5.5 meters. I want a control room, drum room. Also should i make a small amp room (just for the quadbox)?

How big will the drum room need to be?
If i made a small amp room how big will it need to be?
