I fucking agree. They use breakdowns occasionally, but other than that I just don't get it. Their vocals are all screamed, and done well. I've gotten a little burnt out on them. They aren't as good as I once thought them to be.

I call it groove metal when people ask, but I prefer not to get into semantics.

really theres far more dissimilar vocalizations than rapping and growling, theyre both pretty much entirely rhythmic rather than melodic in nature and are constructed around the musical backing rather than vice versa! :I
