I knew your point mate. I think many people don't consider Sabbath to be doom, citing later bands that followed in their wake as doom bands.

Well I was just poking fun at your spelling error, if the 'you faggot' was meant to offend me it was pretty uncalled for. Not that really I care one way or the other. I mostly agree that Sabbath were Doom I just didn't want you to think Terrorizer ignored them.

The Gathering 'always' is a great album, it's no mandylion regardless. I'm not sure what the band was trying to do musically vocally with almost a dance which is awful.
Anekke is a great vocalist and easy on the eye. The gathering get a thumbs up.
eyehategod,acid bath,orange goblin are not doom bands. Eyehategod and Acid Bath are sludge, and orange goblin are stoner.

The following three Candlemass cds after epicus are ace also. There is just some extra magic on the debut that was never captured again.
