i have had pain in my back for several months due to infected muscles caused by a combo of stress and wrong posture, the doctor suggested some sports (lolwut) and lots of massages. since i want to lose some weight in ze stomach+hip-area my question is: you know any exorcises i can do without causing damage to my back?

But just to let you know, losing weight on the hips/thighs/stomach is hard to do and don't think that stomache/oblique exercises will reduce the size at all. You can do all the exercises in the world and even have six pack abs but it can still be buried underneath fat. Aerobic routines are your best bet to lose that weight along with some toning exercises.

i'm pro-circumcision (on males, on females it indeed serves no purpose but cause permanent damage)
