And also, whilst it annoyed me to see people say she is getting the sympathy vote, it also annoys me to see people say things like 'it would be good to see a bigger person win' etc. Who gives a shit, really, it would be best to see the best person win. Weight has nothing to do with whether or not someone is capable of being the 'pop package'.

Of course they will, the publicity alone will send it to number one. Will she have a long career? Who knows, but she will make enough cash to live comfortably for a long time and will no doubt be able to at least get a record contract, if only with a small label later on, and make music for the rest of her life.

It's not about metal, or rap, it's about pop. Pop is 10% skill and 90% hollywood. It's alll aesthetics, talent is only a small part of being a pop star. People don't want posters of casey on their wall.
