Alright, I know some people have mixed feelings, or just don't like this band. Personally I think their very good at what they do. Discuss

I think these guys are pretty rad. I only really have experience with Demigod, and Zos Kia Cultus however. Pretty enjoyable stuff. Demigod owns my car cd player.

Yea, but rarely is there discussion on Usurper. There's one every week on Behemoth (overrated).

There was a time when I was heavily addicted to their Zos Kia Cultus album, but have since then discovered many great DM bands, so I hardly ever listen to them nowadays

...From the Pagan Vastlands and Sventeith: Storming Near the Baltic are both excellent and unusually contemplative black metal releases. Grom is like a snapshot of a thousand other black metal bands in 1996.

Their recent material is totally anonymous except for the packaging. Who really cares?

Interesting.... I thought more people held them in higher esteem on here, but the general consensus of this thread seems to be that they're distinctly average.
