Anthrax is definitely the weak link in the traditional "big four" group.

I'm not going to vote since I haven't listened to most of those bands, but I'm thinking I'd replace Anthrax with Testament.

Although I haven't listened to Voivod, it seems like leaving them off that poll is a fatal flaw in its design.

Killing Technology is the only good thrash album from them isn't it? The rest are progressive post 1987. This is according to MA, I haven't listened to much of Voivod tbh.
