Everyone who loves cheese, post your favorites!

Just had a big fat hunk of this I bought this morning from the panificio. I should wake up early more often and do this! Italian bakeries <3.

I've always thought Auricchio looked like a suppository, :lol:.

Nocturne, yer really lucky being from the south and all, at least in the aspect of food. You people couldn't organize your way out of a paper bag, but you eat really well! Think I'll be taking a trip to Puglia this summer.
 
The amish here make a wicked pepper jack that is the win for omellettes. For pasta dishes Pamigiano Reggiano, especially for bedding shrimp scampi..Oooo. I'm a provo freak too.

On any given moment this lioness has at least 4-5 kinds of good cheeses in her fridge :D

I always have a certain kind of goat cheese (*love* goat cheese)
a good kind of Parmigiano-Reggiano (a must!)
Gauda / Edam (depends on my mood)
Brie
good sharp cheddar yellow or white

^ Of course I love more kinds and buy more variety but these kinds are normally always present in my fridge.

pretty much any kind. except swiss. blech. i used to eat it all the time when i was little and now i hate it, unless it's on a sandwich - melted or with other things that REALLY mask its taste

so yeah - cheddar, sharp cheddar, mozerella, pepperjack, etc

fancy ones - baked gouda, gorgonzola, feta
 
Not a massive fan of cheese, however a nice blob of Mozzerella on some bread with some tomatoes or something is always nice.
