Those are absolutely true. Everything else is a rumour. The two-face thing MAY be true, it's just been announced that the CGI company that did Children of Men are working on TDK, possibly two-face related. Gordon is supposed to fake his death, but again, rumour. Judging by what we've seen, everyone speculates Joker paints the make-up on, but there's been no verification. Batman does change suits because it's damaged, but as a result of the Joker? Rumour.
