Well, thats pretty stupid, I guess Ill sign out if its really so, and I dont have any reason not to believe it is.
you don´t have to believe me, you can see for yourself. You just open your own album and then one of the options is "Print it". You can even follow through the whole process to see how it works, without ordering in the end.
I wrote to them to ask:
"Hi,
how come that you can combine this statement "You cannot use someone else's image without getting permission from that person first. Using the image without permission can be considered Copyright Infringement" with "Print It" So that this company Qoop can make money from someone ordering my photos without that I have permitted it?
Kind regards,

That is a very good question. You do have the option to keep your account private and therefore unviewable to anyone but you and the people you permit to see it.
Users who choose to have public accounts do indeed risk having their images printed.
Thank you!

But the point here is, that I don´t mean to keep these pics private in general, they can be saved or printed out if someone wants to hang a rockstar-photo over their bed. But still, no-one should be allowed to in general be able print out other people´s pics and earn money from this. Photobucket is very weird about it, since it counteracts their own laws and yet they have this built-in feature now.
It would be the same than someone selling copied CDs, as they are not kept private either. Just because it´s accessible it doesn´t meant that you can make your own business from other´s stuff.
It would be okay to modify this feature, that upon each order, an automatic request would be send to the photo-owner first, and the order could only be fulfilled when this person agrees.
