A Mexican place I like to go serves some excellent enchiladas con nopales though, nice and sweet (I have a sweet tooth), with just the right amount of spicy edge. Enchiladas with cactus leaves, yum!

I honestly have zero faith in any Mexican places outside of this continent. They just don't taste right, I don't care how much those places try to be authentic and 'real'
I've had so much 'Mexican' food in Europe and it tasted 'wrong' like... almost good, but not really. Mexicans don't travel the globe, so who the hell makes those dishes?????
Seriously now: Mexican food tastes SO MUCH BETTER here.

That brings up a good point that I've never once thought about. What does Mexican food in other countries taste like!?
I personally take mexican food joints for granted since theres like 30 fucking places in this one horse town that people can get mexican food.
