BBQ okra pizza, now with goat cheese.

Used a quick, yeastless dough recipe and it worked fantastically! Mmmmm.

Ah crap. Made vegetarian Pad Thai with cremini mushrooms and tofu but it was down the hatch prior to any pics.

Last night I made a curry chicken salad sandwich. Twas awesome.

Colors look washed in the curry one. Here's another recent fav. Soy sauce based broth with mushrooms, green onion, cilantro, tofu, and udon noodles. Nothing too snazzy but it tastes great.
