The Gaming Thread

^I actually just finished a professional runthrough recently with a couple friends...Phlegethon being one of them. I've probably beat that game 2 dozen times.

I suppose we'll have to communicate Dark Souls progress via these boards...or facebook perhaps?

^nice, i did one of those too i believe (on my own). just cause i loved RE4 so much, got everything too, even the handcannon

hell yeah we will, if you have any of the other members on fb my names Niki and im friends with a few people here, otherwise PM me. cause im still 12 years old and afraid to post personal information

they have been great lately. i seem to remember EA being garbage for a fair amount of years, but i always forget they still put out quality stuff

^yeah exactly, its a somewhat forgettable single player experiance, worse than RE4 for sure (i dont care what RE fanboys think either, 4 was fucking awesome, its easy now but when i first played it, it was hard as balls)

but on co-op, that game opened right up, like a whole new experiance, same with borderlands (admittidly borderlands is still awesome sp)

^It's time for some truth: I have yet to beat Res4. I've played a fair amount. Enough to confidently say it's the best game in the franchise. But I still haven't beat it.

Borderlands is another great co-op experience. Phlegethon cannot drive in that game to save his life. It's hard to watch really.

New Rage trailer is up. It delves a little deeper into the story than any trailers had previously...but it still doesn't give anything away. It's going to be rough to try and divide my time between the things I need to do to live and the massive amount of gaming I'll have to do at the end of this year. Sigh.

haha i bought it when i started getting back into games after not really playing much aftter n64 started to die down (ie after goldeneye, perfect dark, ogre battle 64, and legend of zeldas were beat ad nausium :p) so it blew my mind at how awesome it looked. and then the gameplay and low ammo (cause i just run and gun at that point) made it an awesome and hurtful experiance.

hahahahaha i have a friend like that...some people do it perfect, others just cant do it at all, ive never seen a mediocre driver though

traded in dynasty warriors 7 and ninja gaiden sigma 2 today, got the limited edition preorder of battlefield 3 for 17$ after taxes :D. oh yea and i got the first season of dragonball Z

^lololololol. Dragonball Z...I haven't seen that in years. Dynasty Warriors is fun in small doses. I replayed some n64 games fairly recently....the two Zeldas...Perfect Dark...then my friend and I got adventurous and bought some expensive SNES games. Chrono Trigger, and FF3.

Battlefield 3 is one of the pre-orders I haven't dropped money on yet.
And my friends have been using my Gamestop card for their pre-orders so I get the points.
So my pre-order list thus far is as follows:
Three copies of Gears 3.
Two copies of Battlefield 3 (Mine will be the third).
Two copies of Dead Island.
One copy of Rage.
Two copies of Dark Souls (Best pre-order bonus ever).
One copy of Arkham City.
Three copies of Skyrim.
So needless to say, I've got a one pound stack of receipts somewhere.

ive never been the biggest oblivion fan (leveling up is dumb, and the world is too open and filled with ......nothing, although ill admit its better than i once thought)

and i think im gonna get skyrim
