Yep, pretty much. My grandfather has had kidney problems all his life, and is in for dialysis at this time in his life; had he stopped smoking a long time ago (he's gotta be 70 now and he's been smoking at least a pack a day for like 50 fucking years) he'd be much better right now. It hurts to see him in pain. Don't end up like him, please.
