When I think of the lyrics, I'm reminded of something Tom Araya once said about South Of Heaven (the song): It's how I imagine hell on earth. Blackwater Park definitely has an apocalyptic vision in its lyrics.
 ) but I reckon demonspell is pretty close to the mark. I reckon it's about someones own personal hell or a specific/alternate vision of how hell would be from a 'unique' perspective, instead of painting it as the usual 'eternal flames of hell/fire and brimstone/eternal torture' thing.
