eh. I needed a bass in a jiffy, and that was the cheapest but decent one I could afford. I had a show that night, and the input jack of the bass I was playing at the time was fucked beyond recognition. I couldn't be arsed to bring it by a repair shop (it was a piece of shit $90 Rogue bass), so I went ahead and bought a new bass. That Yamaha is a really good bass. I love it.

The Ibanez has the most amazing neck on a guitar I've ever played. The tuners suck though. I want to replace them. The guitar doesn't stay in tune very well. Otherwise, it's a pretty solid guitar.
