The return of the "How are you today?" thread

yeah, in canada, the winters used to be like...really, really cold, im pretty sure. now we barely get snow and it isnt even that cold anymore. and the summers are brutal. it went up to 110 f today. thats pretty damn bad!

global warming is gonna pwn.

oh and btw you guys are full of shit... there hasn't been taht much of a difference yet, only 1/2 of a degree. Wait 10 years then you might be able to say something.

oh, and may i add that the ice caps in the arctic are melting. yeah. so, thats effecting us from global warming. if the ice caps melt really fast, the oceans around us will rise really fast, and states and islands or whatever on the coast line of countries will probably be underwater. like, i know for a fact that florida is already started to go underwater. um, you guys probably already knew that, but, yeah. i felt like being smart.

no it isnt dumbass... i fucking live in florida the coast hasn't gone back one inch... i'll be glad when it does though.. i'll have some beach front property.

The entire coast of Florida is threatened by rising seas and stronger surges during storms. This sandy shore north of Miami at Dania Beach is being washed away by a normal high tide. On a clear day in April 2001.

This casts doubt on the future of the apartments and homes that crowd the East Coast. Rising sea level is also driving sea water into the Everglades, inundating mangroves, and threatening all low lying islands. Thus Florida and the Keys are the U.S. equivalent of the many island nations of the Indo-Pacific who face rising seas.

okay, i definately didnt say that it was happening quick. and obviously the ocean will be at the same place because the ocean dosent move places, idiot.

.... if the ocean level was rising... water would poor into the streets and parking lots right on the beach

it has not increased at all.... how about you don't tell me how things are where i fucking live....

okay..man...if the ocean was rising, you probably wouldn't even know it. it could probably rise like 1 cm or whatever. just because you don't notice it, dosent mean that's not rising at all. and like i said before, it's probably not going to happen quick.
