i also have about 200 pages of reading about political theory, lab report to finish (mostly done), and a paper to write about Islam.

The only problem with german articles to me is that the gender changes in some words when you move them to plural, other than that, it's pretty much the same shit as my language.

Just remember the translation of the word along with the article and you'll be fine.
 
german isnt too hard; the main thing is that after spanish, where the rules are more or less lax, german is pretty much set in their rules. i.e. if you mess them up, the native speakers will probably understand you, but you'll get funny looks and maybe even corrected.

it's not too bad

the intro levels are pretty easy and in fact i aced them... now when you move into literature and start seeing words that are old and out of common usage it takes a bit to figure out...
