i have two appointments this morning. one, to check for carpo tunnel and check out my circulation, which im nervous about. and the other to get fitted for my nightguard because i grind my teeth majorly at night. i do it during the day too, but, yeah.

Just keep cleaning it with peroxide or whatever solution. Give it about a week or so before you start freaking out about it being infected.

i clean 3 times a day. i clean it with alcohol, peroxide, the ear stuff he gave me, and also sea salt water. it seems to be fine.
