I can't eat right. I crave food too much.
If you do enough cardio/weight training, then it's ok to binge eat sometimes. Even I do it.
I also dropped from 123 to 115 pounds in 3 weeks....idk if that's good or not..
NOt anymore. I have a headache now and freakin hot.
