The Roster & ground rules - we kick off tomorrow (Jan 7th)

It appears that we have 42 regulars on RC. That said, I'm making the assumption that this order is entirely flexible based on which week we're in.

Somebody not available in week 4? Then someone from week 5 steps in. Etc.

Quick ground rules:

- In accordance with the roster, each RC regular recommends ONE band which he/she thinks is worthy of more recognition (that is, I don't think we need someone recommending Opeth or Slayer so let's dig through the layers here)

- Each thread should include (a) album artwork, (b) band URL, (c) yousendit sample, (d) brief description of why you think the band needs to be heard. In response, the rest of us are allowed to voice their honest opinions, good or bad.

- NOTE: Thread Title should be as follows: "Recommendation: [Band Name] [Album Name]. (This way, in future, we can search for "recommendation" to see all threads, or "band name" / "album name" to be more specific).

Each week, all THREE threads will be stuck. For the following week, they will be unstuck and replaced with the new recommendations from the next grouping.

2. In the box marked "2 - select file to send (up to 1 GB)", click browse and grab whatever it is you're looking for.
3. Choose whatever type of file it is you're sending (i.e. music)
4. Click "Send It"
5. Wait for it to upload, then follow the link instructions to tell people how to D/L it
