I have been known to display some weakness regarding the girly albums like "Down" and "Crimson" as well, but can't fucking stand the latest two albums.

Hmmm... I heard bleed and thought it was a pretty cool song. Checked out My sky is darker than thine and that just kicks ass.

Anathema did a better job with making girly albums!

I've been listening to a lot of Alternative 4 by Anathema. Along with A Tribe Called Quest - Midnight Marauders :)O Hip hop!!!), and Current 93/Death in June/Sol Invictus/Fire + Ice Neo-folk combo.

There's also Voivod's back-catalog which I finally bothered to check out. Nothingface was good enough for a long time.

I´ve been listening alot to

Death - The Sound Of Perseverence, Individual Thought Patterns
Isis - Oceanic
Deicide - Once Upon The Cross
Opeth - Ghost Reveries
Agalloch - The Mantle
Ulver - Kveldssanger
Dream Theater - Octavarium
Nile - In Their Darkened Shrines
Annihilator - Never, Neverland
Carcass - Heartwork
Pig Destroyer - Terrifyer
Atheist - Piece Of Time
Emperor - IX Equilibrium

This is my shortlist for now because I cannot pin point anything but Death and Opeth.

Ensiferum - Ensiferum
Immortal - Sons Of Northern Darkness
Dark Tranquillity - Projector
Dimmu Borgir - Devil's Path
