Top 5 actors and the performances I base that on:

Ingrid Bergman: Notorious, Gaslight, Saratoga Trunk, The Visit, Casablanca

Ving Rhames: Pulp Fiction, Striptease, Give 'em Hell Malone, The People Under the Stairs, Evil Angel, Patty Hearst, Drop Squad, Echelon Conspiracy, briefly in Homicide. Body Count isn't good but Ving's good in it.

Rebecca Pidgeon: The Spanish Prisoner, State and Main, The Dawning, The Winslow Boy, Cat City, Two-Bit Waltz, Jesse Stone: Sea Change, briefly in Edmond and RED. Heist isn't great but it's essential RP viewing.

John Malkovich
: Con Air, Being John Malkovich, Art School Confidential, Burn After Reading, In the Line of Fire, Ripley's Game

Ardal O'Hanlon: Father Ted, Wide Open Spaces, Val Falvey TD. My Hero's not so good but it's still Ardal being Ardal.

My RYM list with more text.
