damn i wanted to do an mspaint self portrait avatar to match mööses but this computer doesn't have photoshop or anything that i can use to make it the right size

Dunno about the authorization, but it didn't represent the ideas he originally had.

open paint--> toolbar, click image---> sketch/skew--> change dimensions
