That doesn't mean anything, the person holds no other masculine traits. I for one have seen many a broad with facial hair. Just yesterday for example I seen a dwarf girl with a mustache. BTW I'm not making fun of her because she was really nice. Just pointing out the fact that she had a mustache is all.
