Never fails. When one cat dies, it is almost immediately replaced. Jade, our 18 year old kitty (toughest cat I've known) finally croaked last week. This morning, my sister in law found a kitten in the break room at Lowe's where she works. Yes, in the break room, inside the building. Her name is Peaches. Now the Presidents of the United States song is stuck in my head. Gahhhh.

I should note that this cat tried desperately to get in my lap the whole time I was pooping this morning. She's a little skinny and probably has worms, easy to correct though.

I was at the Death by Audio show and can attest to the above. The place was packed ... maybe 200 people out of which maybe 20 looked like metalheads (i was not part of the metalhead looking crowd )

Obviously you missed the thread where we posted their, now deleted, myspace blogs which were pretentious liberal hipsterism at it's best, not to mention contradictory to what they had said in interviews prior in order to please and retain their hipster fan-base. They may not have started as the hipsters they are now... Actually, wait a sec, they were in a queer vegan punk band in the early 90's... they may have started as gay vegan punks, but in the end...

This band can do no wrong in my eyes. Within the Realm of a Dying Sun, The Serpent's Egg, Aion all buy or die material. There's much beautiful music to be had, but only a scant amount strikes me as absolutely breath taking. I don't throw around that word like the doctor from that episode of Seinfeld either.
