Pretty much sprouted blood wings and deadlift'd 331Lbs, than sneezed and now the east coast is fucked. Would have caused another earthquake when I put the weight down, but I'm a boss and lowered it correctly like a beautiful flower.
inb4 that's not that much, blah blah blah, 400Lbs by the time vacation starts (Oct or thereabouts), I will ATTAIN THE POOOWWEERRRR!
I weigh 175 and have deadlifted more than that for reps. Keep workin pal.

Deadlifts would put me directly into the spine-surgeon's operating suite
I think maybe I gotta try this tomorrow @ gym tyme, don't normally do deadlifts though because I go easy on my back because it kinda sucks. If I do it proper it should be all good though.
I do believe you and I'll work on my form, but my back has been bad since my famed window stunt so I gotta take it easy and get proper form before I start lifting heavy. I do pretty heavy squats already, and squat-ish shitz in a machine, and leg presses so most of the involved musculature is used to working already.Misconception! I know I can't convince you over the internet, but if you talk to a good coach or trainer (or just watch youtube videos) and get good form (which doesn't really take long at all) you won't hurt your back. You won't even be sore (well, not in the same way as bodybuilding workouts, ie: 239423947 reps, 10 sets, medium-light weight).
And you wanna be a strong barbarian, not a thong-wearing bodybuilder, come on!
