I do the majority of the cooking here and I know I could cook healthier but I put vegies or salad with most meals so I kid myself that I'm being healthy
The powders I've tried are just like drinking a milkshake, but I've been drinking flavoured milk since I was a kid and I've never filled myself up with a milkshake so mentally my brain tells me I need more food than just a protein shake. That puts me back to square one anyway.
