A couple years back they were giving free health screenings down here at work. The morbidly obese health practicioner giving me the results said I needed to lower my LDL's or some shit. Mind you that I was eating healthy and very active during the time of said reading, whilst this sebaceous ball of goo hadn't seen his wang since Goldie Hawn was attractive. There's just some lifestyle factors that you can not control, and since shit sleep (working graveyard) can contribute to a rise in LDLs I didn't pay this tool any mind. It was tantamount to a Hubbard mark giving me a stress test. If food makes you feel like shit, then it's bad for you, if it makes you feel like drop kicking somebody, it's good.
