I picked up 3 bottles of some of Maynard James Keenan's wine while I was in AZ. I'm not much of a wine person, but I sampled some at his vineyard and it was delicious! It's called Merkin Vineyards and the wine is the Chupacabra 2006. Good stuff, can't wait to try it for real (ie a couple glasses, not just a sample hehe).

Yep. Right on the bottle it says "M.J. Keenan - Owner and novice winemaker." Maynard is a wine connoisseur. I'll post a pic later!

p.s. "Merkin" (the name of his vineyard) means "pubic wig" hahaha.

They even rescheduled some Tool dates once because of the wine season. He's pretty serious about that stuff.

Will do! But to be honest, I'm not sure when/if I will open my bottle. The other two are for friends.
