I'm not quite sure. But we have a wonderful member in our parliament called Tony Halme who just managed to do that. I suppose it would include some heavy drinking combined with efedrin. i can relate to most stuff harris wrote, cause he knows, and cause it goes E - C - D - E all the time and if a song goes E - C - D - E then it has to be true.
