sorry to be totally un-metal but i wanna counter-act the "things that make you angry" thread because i'm just a tree-hugging hippie like that

working in retail has made me appreciate nice people as much as it's made me hate impatient, obnoxious people.

when i make a mistake ringing someone's stuff up, i'm glad that the majority of people are patient and understanding about what happened

also, i love getting customers who are cheerful and talkative and who i can wind up having a conversation with for the minute or two that i see them.
