Must be some fans of theirs here. I just got Urkraft the other day and it's very impressive. I´ve got all the albums except Hednaland.

I was also wondering that in the thank you list Vintersorg is mentioned and it is said: maybe things will work out in another world? what is this refering to?
 
I've got Valdr Galga and I don't really like it... Some songs are OK bordering on good, but as a whole the album is boring and much too happy for my taste. Fans of Thyrfing would probably enjoy Hin Onde.
 
i've only heard vansinnesvisor and that's an ok disc i guess; i don't like the production very much and it would have been more interesting with some more aggression in it

I heard that Andreas was supposed to put some vocals down on that album but it didn't happen for some reason.

I have no clue if thats right or not though....

Anyway Thyrfing is great!
 
Thyrfing Is The Best Viking Metal Band!!!! There Self Titled Is Hands Down A Mind Blowing Experience!! In Fact After Listining To Them For A Few Years I Became Even More Into Norse And Viking History, Eventually I Tattooed Viking Symbols Around My Arm With The Almighty Thor's Hammer.

I like a lot this band, they really kick ass, but i just got Valdr & Urkraft. It's quite hard to find their records there...

To happy & funny music ??? I dont care about that or about bands that claim that they are the saddest - evil - darkest in the world (boooo I m alone, nobody like me & understand me, i just want kill & destroy everything cause satan i s my father, etc....)
I just care about music an d that all.
 
Thyrfing is extremely great! Valdr Galga and Vansinnesvisor are the best albums IMO, Urkraft is the one I don't like at all, argh..

Someone mentioned the Finnish band Hin Onde, well.. Its damn crap *spit*..

Frostheim, I know, and I was the one who mentioned them. They fall under the same category as Thyrfing if you ask me (I've only got Valdr Galga to judge from).

many thanks, sounds like a band that I would enjoy!!! I will have to find some of them, which one would you consider the best???
