I really thought hard about the Megadeth, but I felt by not having them in the top 10 would somehow seem 'unrewarding' when they deserve to be there. The simple fact is, it was a comeback that succeeded beyond anyone's belief (see all the comebacks that normally fail), and it was an improvement over the last 4 albums.
Also, and probably most importantly, I enjoy it immensely. It's probably the album I sing along with and air guitar to the most.
