Favorite bands in chronological order: First thing I ever liked was probably Queen end 70's I remember watching the Bohemian rapsody clip as a 5? year old kid, very impressed by the effect of the multiplying faces and bodies.
First metal thing was Iron maiden, aces high the first song I heard astonishing! after that metallica, listened to battery when I was a bit ill and was completely blown away. I've had a floyd phase as well and liked Alice in chains most from the seattle bands. From there it was a little step in terms of doomy, dark music to Paradise lost and now I am deeply in to this brilliant band called ANATHEMA. You have to check them out one day...
I dont mind I like them anyway
