ts7 and 8505 - too much feedback !

hey guys i just found out you can send out your DI guitar track into a ts7 pedal and back in my daw, so i had to try it ,and it just had so much feedback and amp noise with it on, especially on opens and breakdowns,

it goes -
ts7
8505 lead
voxengo boogex with catharsis impulses,

is the ts7 just a shitty pedal ,, should i buy the ts9? ,
has anyone had the same problem?

Never had this problem, and the TS7 is exactly the same as the TS9, just a different package. You are using a reamp box, right?

You do have the switch on the TS7 set to "TS9" and not "Hot", correct? With the drive at ~8:30, tone at ~11, and level ~12, it shouldn't be particularly noisy at all, and I've used mine with multiple amps that way with great results!

And also, you definitely need a re-amp box to send the signal from the DAW through anything designed to accept a low-level, high-impedance guitar signal!
