15 minutes to get the sts kit off stage and the Orphaned Land kit on? I doubt it. my guess would be:

7:30 sts
8:30 Orphaned Land
9:45 katatonia

My guess would be the first two bands sharing a drum kit...usually how it goes. So it shouldn't be that long.

I second that idea. While set lengths should stay roughly the same from city to city, the Palladium's promoter is prone to adding local openers to bills whenever possible. Sometimes, it's only one and they get 20 minutes but if the mood strikes and the contract allows I've seen three+ added on.
In case you don't make it out of the venue in time, I believe that the Boulevard Diner on Shrewsbury St. is still open 24 hours every day except Sunday.

It's a sad attempt, not moshing music at all. Maybe Consternation? Mayber Liberation? Who knows. Usually at Kata shows it's like 2 or 3 people doing it.

Its hard to even try moshing to Katatonia. Now you could mosh to Bloodbath. IMO i despise moshing if i wanna fight ill go to a bar.
