UM fantasy premier league 2015/2016 (SOCCER)

And second corner goal was Blind's liability. The most experienced player of that four.

Really looking forward to Leicester - Chelsea game. Unpredictable one.

lol at Spurs defeat. I like Newcastle and they played a great match. Mitrovic came as a substitute and won it for the Magpies. Tottenham was dull and no one really stood out. I have mixed feelings, but still happy Newcastle won again.

gotta give schteve credit for that one, they really rallied at half time and both his subs made big impacts. i thought spurs put in a professional, controlled performance (something most of the top teams seem incapable of atm) but just had some defensive lapses at crucial moments again. leaving coloccini unmarked in the box like that is just asking for trouble.

i see liverpool rescued their game at the death and klopp refused to shake hands with pulis lol.

Why did he refuse to shake hands with Pulis? I have to see that. I saw a picture where Klopp took his players to thank the crowd after the match. Nice behaviour but I was sure that such occurences happen when the hosting team wins convincingly. I saw his reaction as he was jumping in delight after Origi's goal. Lovren's injury was horrible tho. Straight red card for Gardner and he was only booked.

because pulis is a bellend, would be my guess. and his teams are always breaking legs.

i do like pulis though. the prem needs the occasional warmongering anti-football specialist.

no team has ever had as many points as leicester do at this stage and not finished top 4.

if vardy continues his goalscoring rate he'll smash shearer/ronaldo/suarez's 38-game premier league record by 5 goals.

chelsea are one point above the relegation zone.

I forgot to make transfers last week. But I'm still at the top, right where I belong! :tickled:

I was watching United vs Norwich match this saturday. The next cringeworthy performance by Red Devils. It's just unpleasant to watch them. I don't feel convenient looking at them "play". Rooney is still a pile of shit. It's unbelievable how long his downfall lasts. Herrera gave a good substitution though. Creative player.

i didn't watch it, had to rely on updates from friends...

Heh, I haven't made any transfers or changes for weeks. Happens to me every year, I just forget to look at it after a few months. And I am usually quite busy on weekends so I haven't really been able to watch any matches, which sucks. This season is crazy.

Wow United were so awful yesterday that I can't even talk about them. Talking about their recent performances becomes too monotonous. Feel for Newcastle though. Didn't deserve conceding that late goal from Cleverley.

But at least you showed some fight against Chelsea! Shame that Mata's strike didn't come in.

Surprised with the Leicester - City score. I thought City would win convincingly.

yeah, in some ways i think leicester can be as proud of that result as any of their wins this season. coming off the back of their first loss and going up against probably the best team in the league at the end of a gruelling festive period... really impressed they got a point out of that.

i thought we looked really good against chelsea for, what, half an hour? kinda reverted after that. hard to judge that performance given how wank chelsea looked though haha. but i'm glad we seem to be vaguely progressing at least.

Arsenal allegedly confirmed first transfer of the January Window. Mohamed El-Neny will join them from FC Basel for around 5 million pounds. It can turn out to be pretty solid transfer, he is young but already experienced because of his stints in CL with Swiss champions. He may be a nice alternative for an injured Coquelin.

about time he did something. that goal makes him the second highest scorer in the history of the premier league and the history of utd too, and yet he doesn't have much of a legacy at all. strange one.

Forgot to make transfers and set the squad for like 3 weeks. Still remained at fairly high position though. You managed to overtake me. The winter transfer window is really quiet.
