US Housing Market Faggotry

That would rock if I started using RC handles for references. "Thank you Mr. Smith. Hmm I didn't realize that Dorian Gray went into nursing! And it seems Lurch gave up butlering to pursue his own e-business, good for him."

Eh that might work. I got my current job by turning in one of my "joke" resumes. A year after I had been there my boss told me he made photocopies of my resume, passed it out to everyone, and since everyone cracked up that's why I'm there. Maybe First Mortgage will work the same?!

so lemme ask you guys with kids and a larger home ... how the heck do you find time to maintain it / clean it?

me and the wife have a hard time keeping a 1 bedroom in check with work and all aroung daily chaos.

do you have a housekeeper? what's the secret?

I got my loan docs today and to purchase a $260,000 home it will cost me $462,883.21 over the next 30 years. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Hell yeah! That rocks! Don't forget to add in the tens of thousands of dollars for maintenance, repairs and likely upgrades/remodel

Endless debt ftw!!

I was really excited because our closing costs came in $3,000 lower than we expected. :)

I've already spent $1,000 on maintenance, and tonight will cost $2,000 for appliances. :(
