Contemporary dance is weird. A good friend of mine do this kind of performance on a company called 77StolenFish in Berlin. It looks like Germany is a good place for this type of art.

For reasons I can't explain we have the American Dance Festival here every Summer. I ran into an old stagehand friend of mine who was working in one of the theaters and asked him "How's the dancing going?" He quickly replied "They have't danced at this festival since the 70's but they have found new things to dump out on the stage while naked."
