Just sent $25 as a gift, and maybe it was just my shitty PP account (I use gift/living expense payments allll the time, maybe they're on to me?), but it had this thing on the gift page that basically calculated the total fee and then asked me if I wanted to pay the fee for the person since it was a gift payment.
Could also be because of an international/currency transfer thing, not sure!
