Login to your account, go to the tab that says "Send Money" and then you may have the option of choosing something like "purchases" or "personal" ... something like that. Anyway, if you can, go to the "personal" tab and just put Ivan's paypal email address in the field where it asks for it. Then put how much you're sending and make sure its in USD. By doing it like this, you will pay the fee of transferring the money but its basically like 1 cent for each dollar
