let's hear the stats doom
Umm...long story short, I was getting ready to compete 6 years ago when a shitstorm of things blew my life apart. First time stepping back into the gym was on March 3rd, 2007...in over 5 years. I went from 5'7" - 245lbs - FAT from totally letting myself go...in 4 months to 206 lbs @ roughly 10% bf. Got the pics. This is where I excel my friend. Now to get back to where I used to be....and beyond.
